(strength is down a lot lately, not been eating much)

Yates rows:
(found these very hard compared to a typical overhand grip)

Yeah, I can't handle nearly as much weight using an underhand grip as opposed to the over hand grip. I absolutely hate them. They hurt my wrists and just feel unnatural. Not sure how guys say they can handle more weight with it, but they do.

Been a while since I updated; still been lifting, I just have a bad habit of only charting the decent/good workouts and trying to forget the shitty ones.

good weight man... i only like logging the good workouts too, i just make myself cause its cool to come back after a few months and look over your workout.
