Flat Flyes:

Shouldn't have done deads today, big failure. Was going for 500x3 and got one, lol. I haven't pulled for reps in a long time. Probably a bit worn out, also.

It can; I usually have to mess around with my foot placement until it feels right. I know for most it's the opposite, but I find they are fine using a lower placement.
