Took the last couple days off. Felt stronger today.

Squats:
405 x 1
425 x miss
415 x 1

Had my belt too loose on the 425, the extra notch on the 415 felt way tighter.

DB Lunges:
80 x 12
100 x 6

Extensions:
195 x 20 x 20

Incline bb press:
220 x 6 x 6

Shoulders were aching after the last set of these, did some light db presses and headed out.

My shoulders are usually invincible to that kinda stuff. :(

BO Rows:
240 x 10 x 10

Light Pulldowns; 2 sets

DB Shrugs:
150 x 12 x 12

Light rear delt flyes; 3 sets

Incline BB Press:
225 x 6 x 6; nice to finally incline two plates, been a long time coming.

Flat DB Press:
95 x 8 x 7

Incline DB Flyes:
40 x 15 x 15
 
Nice bench and db, I can't wait to push 2 plates each side. I think I might hit 225 in a week, tomorow I will try 210 for 3.

245 x 7 x 7; was going for 2 sets of 10, balls

I wasn't feeling up to my normal one all out set today so I did two lighter sets of squats.
