no doc, theres not much sand here in Oregon, i do all my sprint work on a trackless football field. nothing but grass.

Edit: thats one nasty mofo and hard working squater. although i cant see how healthy that is to ralf after every set of squats...uuuugggg :insane2:

I sometimes make strange sounds as well while counting my reps outloud. People sometimes tend to stare as well... especially when I deadlift. :(

i dunno i just cant make that much noise working out. i find it more distracting than helpful for me. but hey if its working for you....you might wanna get the same shirt Tman's work out partener needs....lol

depending on how many squat racks and how busy your gym was...i think i may have lost my cool....i'm a patient guy and let a lot of things slide, but if some fucker was bb curling 95lbs while i standing around twirling my thumbs waiting to hit SQUATS in the SQUAT rack i might have lost it a lil. esp since you waited 20 min...

side note: its a rest day and i have a night shift so i back off to bed
 
I used to live in oregon... medford, then beaverton, then aloha. now im in so cal.. 30 min. from malibu :>
 
yea i'm in PDX in the coast guard...not too impressed with Oregon but hey i'll be here for a few yrs then its off to some other spot.

all in all a good work out. pretty satisfied with my deads (although my low back is still feeling the 315 i pulled last time), and most of my lifts today either went up in wt or increased in reps. my diet has been steady and i feel good about it. i actually woke so hungry at 3am i had to go in the kitchen and get some PB, milk FF, and liquid amino's. a few pair of pants are even starting to feel a lil loose in the waist line. i cant wait till next pix time to compare last pix.

dang adidas, that sounds very good. good workout and progress.

glad to hear you are noticing a difference in the way clothes are fitting. that's great.

yea well i couldn't let you off the hook.

don't feel too bad, i am also guilty. today while doing SLDL i let out a couple quiet growls myself.

maybe i should market them things.
 
Nice work adida. Do you do deads every week? I have to skip a week every now and then and maybe do rack pulls to give my body a rest. Just a suggestion which you may already do :)

Sounds like you're making progress with the diet, keep it up!!

i'm not actaully sure how it works out, i end up doing deads every 3rd wt session. but i think i might toss rack pulls back in my scheme. thanks for the suggestion.

1 200yrds warm up lap
2 100yrds dashes with 10 push-ups a corner (40 total)
2 100yrd dashes with walking lunges across the endzones side to side
**i'd like to say i almost couldnt finishes the lunges, tore my legs and ass up**
3 50yrd sprints (average time 7:7ish)
3 50yrd back pedals
