you are very motivating to me because you are dedicated to reaching many goals. a guy like you will reach his goals. keep at it, maybe change things up a little to help you bust through the plateau.

this entire work out after squats was, lets just say nausiating (literally almost threw up several times). although the thought of calling it quits early crossed my mind. i would just focus on not ralfing everywere and continue to push through my lifts. i realise that my wt's are goin to have to slow down on progress with these work outs. i will also have to raise my calorie intake and carbs to get threw these work outs also.

EDIT: i also took into acount every here's motivation and Tman's post in particular when i was really feeling it hit me in the gym today too. you guy's say i motivate you, but in reality i feed off your post's and use them in my work outs. GOD this sounds like a bunch grey haired ladies sitting around gabbing about knitting or something like that...lol THANKS for all the support guys.

i ran out of xpand yesterday. so i took some MHP trial packets of trac exteme-no today (i had 3 of these on hand). this may have also been a coulpret (sp) of my nausiating work today. i also took twin labs liquid amino's mixed with a serving of tang and 10g of bcaa/taurine (50/50 mix) to help power my work outs. i think it helped.
 
well actually i am starting to grey. when i cut my hair really short it isn't too noticeable yet. :)

that is one tough workout adida. i would be having serious issues about finishing it too.

so while i was in the gym today...i was sitting on the low lat row resting between sets, and i hear this ungodly gutteral roar from behind me. kinda like a lions roar..i'm thinking to myself there must be some HUUUUUGGGGGEEEE fucker behind me crushing some db presses. i mean the sound coming from behind my sounded horrible. so i turn around around this guy, he cant weight over 160lb wet thin arms stick legs pure ectomorph, and he's holding to my amazement....drum roll... :rockband: 35's that right 35's and he's growling like a mad man. i almost busted out in a laugh but held my compuser..i mean i move some wt some times and i might let out a lil growl or a good grunt but i dont make mating call sounds of the wild while i'm lifting. besides Tarzan calling to the Jane while i was lifting, my work outs have been great. a lil tired but nothing some food and rest cant fix.
 
Edit: on the skinny guy at the gym.not to make my self sound the ass but the guy was walking around like he was Ronnie Coleman...just funny i guees you would have had to seen it.

oh yea i almost forgot. sounds like my workout partner. he grunts when he is warming up with 45lbs. it gets loud sometimes on his heavier reps. i get embarassed sometimes and just look down to the ground.

i make a little noise on heavier reps from time to time, but i am no screamer. he needs a shirt that says "i'm a screamer.

lol...thats great...i would have a hard time lifting with a guy like that....i guess it just helps some guys. but i find most of the time to be a distraction. that would be a funny shirt. "i'm a screamer." bbbbwwwwwaaaaahhhhhhaaaaaaahhhhhaaaa oh man that was a good one.

I sometimes make strange sounds as well while counting my reps outloud. People sometimes tend to stare as well... especially when I deadlift. :(

i used to work in this gym and the big guys would always ask me to spot them.

this one guy would always puke after squats. i mean on virtually every set. He'd grab a wad of paper towels set them in front of him, do his set, pick up paper towels heave into them, walk over to trash can, heave into it. then wipe mouth.

ppl were like... :ugh:

aidid,,, nice sprint work, do you ever do any sprints in sand?

Nice work adida. I'd rather deal with the grunter than the guys doing curls in the squat rack on my leg day last week. I had to wait twenty minutes :(
