i was pumped to be in the gym and it showed literally. my whole upper bodt was swollen up like the good year blimp. my arms were freaking huge by the end of the work out. felt strong and alive in there. i have shortened my work outs till i get back on my reg work schedual. for now it will be upper body then lower body. i will try to find some time for cardio some were on an off day. other wise it's just wt's right now.

very unimpressed with work out. really didnt feel like being in the gym today, and this is all i could muster. i have a feeling most of my loss of strength and endurance is due to my screwy work schedual/rest along with my restricted diet right now. although there is a bright side here. my co-worker who was sick is now back at work and my schedual should straighten its self back out. so hopefully i can push past this wt lifting low.
 
We all have days like that adida, try popping 200mg of caffeine HCL. That usually wakes me up and sparks a little fire for me to move some weight. Workouts normally suffer when on a restricted diet, at least mine do. Keep ya head up.
 
thanks guys last 2 days been off days..feeling strong right now. cant wait to hit the wt's tomorrow. appreciate all the support guys.

**the cable exercise is kinda wierd and i don't know what to call it. but you basically get into a cable station and hold the right cable with left hand and vise versa, then you perform a reverse cable fly inessence, really hits the rear delts and trap structure**

you guys are probably scratchen your head at the crazy super set's but it some thing i use to do along time ago. its called the 5-10-20, basically the 1st exercise is 5 reps the next is 10 and the last is 20, but the catch is there is NO REST between exerices. needless to say i was sucking wind on these right now. i think next time i will split back from chest as i know my chest was hurt from the rack pulls. also, i used my mouth piece (which lead to a lot of odd stares) and have to say it helped. it gave me something to dig into when the wt's really started to feel heavy. although i didnt set any PR's today i am quite pleased at my work. i only spent about an hr in the gym tops and was completely exhuasted by the time i left.

well one of the indications you are getting leaner would be increased vascularity. good news adida. when do we get the new pics?
