me too! lol. as a matter of a fact i am headed out to the gym here in about 5 min or so. be back in a few to post up routine. i'll go ahead and to pix 2nite after my wife gets home later.

figures as soon as i get all prepped to hit the gym my 2 yr old passes out. so me and him slept till about 1pm and the damn gym's kid care center closes at 1 and doesnt reopen till 4pm. so i may not hit the gym till later now.

**no shit i almost fell over trying to walk after both of the last 2 SS's. i could barely walk**

quads were so fried i could not perform any ham work.

OH BB press, standing/seated DB press/ DB side laterals, touch OH

**shoulders were fried after these, and the 135 was easier than expected with a belt on**

V-bar PD/low cable curls
120x25/50x20

cable crunches
140x30
140x20
**only few moments rest between stes here**

felt good and strong in the gym today. i could have finished this work out sooner but it took me about 10 min to figure out what to do since i couldn't work my hamms. total time in gym 1hr 30 min. plus i had to sit down for like 5 of that just regain my composure. i was a lil puke-ish and my legs were so wobbly i could barely walk anywere.

a sure sign of a good workout. nice work adida. have you thought about doing your hammys on a different day?

ummm, yea i think i will now..lol i did not anticipate the quad failure i got today. so i will have to be moved to a differnt day.

i was asking because i have decided to work quads and hams on different days. i have the same issue you had today. i dunno might be a good idear.

yea i am with ya Tman, hams will be on a differnt day when i do crazyness as this. although my quads were destroyed. i would like to work up to 3 sets of these SS's. so i think i will do as i suggested to you and work hams with back day.

errr, ummm...no. :insane2: i just gripped up a lil higher on the rope and really friggin clamped my grip down on it. that worked pretty well. but i will try it.
