**no shit i almost fell over trying to walk after both of the last 2 SS's. i could barely walk**

felt good and strong in the gym today. i could have finished this work out sooner but it took me about 10 min to figure out what to do since i couldn't work my hamms. total time in gym 1hr 30 min. plus i had to sit down for like 5 of that just regain my composure. i was a lil puke-ish and my legs were so wobbly i could barely walk anywere.
