got to the gym...felt like an animal today..dunno why hadn't been in 6 days so i was kinda excited to get back in there. my diet is lookin good but im not droppin wt? its staying constant..but my abs are showing a lil along with my obliques. so i dont get it...maybe its muscle mass. im not taking any thing except a fatburner and some protien powders. no creatine or PH/PS or any gear...hhhhmmmm... oh well. i chokin down over 215g of protien a day right now and some were around 200-400g of carbs a day. and what ever fat comes with that. although my diet has been comprimised a few times by a pregnant wife...lol when she wants pizza or to eat out at the local pasta restraunt its hard to say no and not eating what shes eating is not an option...lol but i try to make up for that with lifting harder and eating better the next day.
