i guess i could just tally up total intake between the 26-28th and see what it was...as long as it averages out to 215 plus protien a day and around 150 carbs aday it should be good right??? night shifts suck..

feeling good in the gym and felt stronger than ussual on my bench. i weighted myself at the gym but it was after i ate a heavy breakfast and prework out meal. the scale said i gained 2 lbs but i doubt it. plus i am starting to see differences in the mirror and my wife has even noticed a lil wt loss. things are lookin good so far. back work tomorrow.
 
Nice numbers. I hate doing dumbells, sometimes I fear that they'll fall on my face if I don't have complete control over them - I've had some close ones in the past lol.

for the 8x8 i kept to as close to 30 sec rest intervals as much as possible. also i showed wanting to lift but i had a pounding headache...also next time i think i will work with lat PD and low rows for the 8x8...t-bars and rack pulls not so good an idea.
again no cardio...i think i am starting to over train do to lack of energy after lifting..also the 8x8 takes a lot out of me short rest with a decent amount of wt..i may try and throw some skip rope in on the days i work so as to not miss out on cardio to much.
 
Imma do some rack pulls manana. :D I'm planning on doing it as a pyramid, not something like an 8x8 or 5x5.

** I was so hungry, that an hr after dinner I downed a lil over a pound of food…namely 11oz broccoli and 8 oz of beef/buffalo meat (73 g pro and 18g carbs 11g fiber and 3.5g fat) then 30 min after that I had to down a protein shake (casein and egg with lecithin/ 49g pro and 4 g fat).**

it was buffollo meat cut up for stew but i stir fried it mixed it with some stir fry cut steak and mixed with broccolli...very tasty...

i getting so hungry latley...i wake up some times unable to sleep cause im so hungry...and i am either eating a meal or drinking a casien shake before bed.

I've gotten up at night to either down another shake or eat some eggs or something before or sometimes I just try to fall back asleep.

It sucks having hunger pangs at night, but that's something we all have to deal with. :(

Try eating a bit more prior to sleeping?

may have too..and as you can see last night was quit a large meal..thats was over a pound of food. and over 100 g of protien before bed...

yes sometimes. sometimes it is because i don't eat enough, other times i shouldn't be hungry and i am. when it gets bad and it is late in the evening i eat lean meat and leafy greens or a shake...and lots of water which sometimes also helps.
