working hard over here to bring up some (what i concider) lacking body parts.
starting with the back.
so far i am satisfied with what i am seeing.
had a few bad diet days. (just too high on carbs)
but back on track as of today.
hitting up some cardio latter tonight.
will hit up some more fullbody work outs tomm.
you know i guess could split the big 3 up into the 2 days..Winter said:I think you should really do the one exercise per session deal with the GVT b/c if you're going to do your big 3s all in one workout, you will be BURNT. Some auxiliary exercises w. your main lift during the GVT is okay.
It's one thing for your body to take it, but it's a whole other thing to actually make gains from it.AngryMuscles said:i would say that if your body can take it, so be it.
I just think that your body will be too taxed after one of the big 3 if you're going to do 2 of the big lifts in one session. I mean, I used to do heavy squats/deads on the same day, but my gains were very, very slow.adidamps2 said:you know i guess could split the big 3 up into the 2 days..
