Hit gym after night shift. Was running on fumes as far as energy goes. I am happy with progress, but know that I could have had a better day. again made solid gains in either reps or wts on several lifts. So a very satisfying day. next week should be good too. 3 weeks of post cycle therapy (pct) down, and feeling good.

deads=pukage
the 275 really messed me up
short rest periods
had been up for 15hrs
i think it all played a roll in my all most pukage
i had to take several deep breaths before starting in on the 315 for reps.

i know the feeling man!

back then when I 1rm the 276..i feel so sick afterwards. i had to will myself to even puke. well, it's not deadlift if you don't feel bad afterwards

Thanks why I dont like working legs hard. I hate the puke feeliing :Puke:

i enjoy the feeling of my head going all red and the tightness I feel around my shoulders/neck/traps/belly/chest/legs...it's just...kinky

Strong back work man.

Maybe you should cut down the reps on the 225 and other weights before you hit your heavy sets on deads. This might help eleviate that puking feeling as well as give you more energy to hit the heavier weights. Just my 2cents.

i would but that would defeat the purpose of what i am trying to accomplish.
i want to get get strong in the higher rep ranges and also work on my endurance levels. plus i am sure other factors like rest and diet played a big role in the feelings i had while pulling that day.

alright i need to sub something else in for the BB inclines. they just seem to really wreak havok on my right shoulder. i think i might go with the Hammer press incline as both gyms i go to have one. DB inclines do not hurt my shoulder either, so they may be a second option. other wise i am quite pleased with my over all progress on these full body work outs.

How are the base gyms compared with 24HF??
this is MY base gym vs. MY 24hr:
just lacks a lot of mach/equip that 24hr has.
the wts are the old school steel plates.
plus is i can work out when ever i want there and most of the time i have the place completely to myself.

over all military vs commercial gym:
mine is very small due to the fact that i am at a very small mase.
however many army gyms are comparable to any commercial gyms.
the NJ CG base has a top of the line Gym on par with commercial gyma and powerlifting gym (platforms and all)
