Need some ligaments... injurys of my shoulder tendons.

Is ther something wrong in this exercise? i never seen no-one injured by benching. Or mixing boxe and bodybuilding had a limit said:
Plenty of my friends get shoulder injurys benching. Mine used to get sore and hurt all the time.

Let me ask you something Kane. Do you bench with your elbows facing forward or out? Do you take a narrow or wide grip?

Since I started applying the powerlifters techniques of benching mostly westside I increased strength and have refrained from injury. I love it. Squeeze the traps into the bench, drive with the feet, power with the lats and elbows facing forward with slightly more narrow grip than usuall and lowering the bar below the pecs and up and back towards my spotter. Is that how Bench? Thats what works for me and the heavy hitters I know. And gripping the barbell like I wanna rip it's face off, Lol.
 
by now, is to late. ther's some tendons very highly injuryed. nearby to the break-up...

but you thing with using wrap grip will help me. i don't use it for bench, and my elbows are certainly out yes.

by now i can't do realy nothing with my right arms. as well typing is a bite hard...

i will see what hte doc say monday... anyway, when i turn on work-out i'll make a thread
 
do you do stretching ? It helped a lot, my doc taught me how to strech shoulders correctly and it relieved the pain of my tendon inflammation very much

now i do 5mins streching before and 15mins after training

So i'm on the 11th session of therapy.

nothing better at all. nothing.

next week i go to Leipzig to see a specialist of sportive trauma.

as far as i can understand, they ( doctors, surgeon, and kinesists) are searching a way to avoid the surgery. 10% of success.

ill take patience.

no wieh in lost no BF increase. al sound goos by now. i've just to wait to recover.

sore as hell, but feel better! real better! now anly the joint is sore!

it's the same machine as that one on the pic.

So it was my second session of liptotripptor. the sore descrease. but, is not cured. so i will start to ride by cicle, and certainly for marsh i will be cured... not sure though
 
kane-- i have a biceps tendon you can have --since i ruptured it 2 years ago it just lays in my shoulder-maybe you use it in your shoulder for reinforcement

So the session with kinesist are espaced now... same thing with the specialist of sportiv-trauma.

they said than it has to take the time, they could not make miracle.

So i'm learning patience.

cardio, bicycle, garden, photography, and what else... Nothing.

i make electrotherapy one time/week to avois catabolism, but i lost as well...

i don't know how mush... i don't care. it will return.
 
So we are 3 month later, it still the same... so after the 6th week it come nothing good.

i stay with this shoulder sore...

Any idea? Do i have to seek to an other specialist?
