over all good work out...burning them cals like this too...i feel warm through out my body..

Sprints
1 warm up lap around the football field.

**averaging about 7.6 or so on the 50 yrd dash.**

total runs/sprints: 8
 
Nice sprinting bro. I need to incorporate some sprints. The only cardio I do is tennis once a week for an hour or so. :D

i am really enjoying these full body work outs..the pump across the whole body is increadable the only down side is the time spent in the gym..around 2 hrs..but my wts are moving steadily and my strength and endurance are deffenitly improving from this.

sprints are nice..and i am seeing a big differnce in energy and endurance..plus my 50 time keeps improving...give em' a try next week.

I will if the snow clears out and the temp. rises.
 
i won't be hitting the gym till friday but it will be another gruelling day in the rack, with deads and more full body work...i tell you Tman this full body work outs are awesome. and it really meshes well with my work schedual.
 
I once tried fullbody workouts, I could never finish my entire workout cuzz I'd be so tired near the middle or the end that I just wouldn't have the strength to lift anything. Then again, I didn't only base my fullbody workouts on the heavy three, but a lot of isolation(was a big, big nooby back then).
 
on the energy part, i know i havent been doing them long, but the sprints are helping with endurance and the short rest between exerices and sets is all helping to keep the stamina up. i am goin to start taking some liquid amino's mixed with gatorade from now on too..just to help a lil more.

damn they look grueling. i'll be watching to see how it goes for you. How long does one of those workouts take you to complete?

Well i just talked my wuss workout partner into working out Back today so off to the gym i go to pull some deads.

lol, yea they take a few minutes..about 120 of them actually..most of the time is spent with squats. after the squats its goes pretty fast.
