45x15/6 plates X15/90x15
3min rest period
135x10/8plates X12/90x12
5min rest period
255x5/10plates X10/80x20

**holy crap, didn't feel pukish, but sure as hell could barely walk, i almost fell over walking to the water foutine.lol...i am still trying to find my squat to use fro all working sets in this i think 235 should work next time..i don't like dropping wt on these**

pullovers, bridged

65x5-->35x10 (no rest from 65 to 35)
**all sets had a 3 min rest period**

BB bench/inc DB bench/decline DB hammer press
205x5/65x10/20x20
5 min rest period
205x5/65x4--55x5/20x20
**205 is a good BB bench wt for this, however the DB press my have to be lowered too 60's to really pull this off, and i think i will do cable work instead of the decline DB work.**

started LIPO-6 and glycergrow today. can tell a small differnce, but nothing great yet. felt good in the gym today. good amount of energy and endurance. however the SS for quads is killer. back and hamms are fine together, but chest and quads is a no go. looks like chest will get a whole to its self from now on. alright guys off to do family stuff today. everyone have a great weekend.

you know i dont know... or care now, no one posts pix or keep up in the thread any more but me and i think Garza. i think all those guys gave up on it a long time ago. i noticed i was the only one who took it seriuse, or at least the most seriuse. i think it is actually still going on..but i have paid little attention to whats happen in there as of lately. only good thing was that it motivated me enough to get my butt in gear to drop some of this blubber. :insane2:

just to let every one know...i had a pound of home made sausage stuffed lasanga last night...mmmmmm mmmmmmm good..now i am off to the gym.

ok ok i am gonna have to buy me some lasagna. so my wife's not italian, and maybe i didn't get a pr like you. damn.

store bought lasagna is not the same bro..lol it's missing 2 important ingrediants...
1st: its made by a machine..not an Italian cook
2nd: and most important part..mine was made over a course of 3 hrs by a woamn who is 7 months pregnant...lol so mine has a mountain of LOVE in there too..lol

so if i ever get stationed or happen to move down there near you, i will invite cha' over for some good home made Italian pasta dishes.. :startrek:

thanks Winter..when i hit the 335x1 i new i had more in me, so i threw 20lbs more on it...lol also i forgot to mention, with the 355 all i kept saying was "get it it up!" "get it up!" "get it up!"..pretty loud too..lol
