**holy crap, didn't feel pukish, but sure as hell could barely walk, i almost fell over walking to the water foutine.lol...i am still trying to find my squat to use fro all working sets in this i think 235 should work next time..i don't like dropping wt on these**

BB bench/inc DB bench/decline DB hammer press
205x5/65x10/20x20

**205 is a good BB bench wt for this, however the DB press my have to be lowered too 60's to really pull this off, and i think i will do cable work instead of the decline DB work.**

started LIPO-6 and glycergrow today. can tell a small differnce, but nothing great yet. felt good in the gym today. good amount of energy and endurance. however the SS for quads is killer. back and hamms are fine together, but chest and quads is a no go. looks like chest will get a whole to its self from now on. alright guys off to do family stuff today. everyone have a great weekend.
