good work out. felt strong and getting more confident with the heavy sqaut wts. wt myself thismorning came in at 210. lost 5 lbs since i started this TCD thing. and i feel good dont feel run down or out of energy.

pullin tires TOMM. trying to hit 22-25 min's worth of pullin time.

angry tire pulling is the same thing as sled pulling. its used for cardio endurence, recovery and to help axillary muscles/core work. IA posted a good article on it in the training forum. go check it out man. i love this stuff. i mix it in with sprinting too.
