Adida update:
**shoulder appears to be a bicep tendon/pec minor strain..doc said to take it easy and let it heal up..so no rotator cuff injury..thank god
**doc also said i should cut out all squat/leg press cuase i have a bursted fiscer(hemroid thingie) for about 2 weeks..yea right i'll just cut it down too light wts and high high reps..till this thing heals up
**also had a physical will get blood work back in 2 weeks or so.
wife update:
**having baby tommorrow. doc doesnt like some of the things she's seeing in some tests she had done on my wife. so she said its nothing to be worried about (which by the way is why i havent been on here...i have been worried/stressed to the gills) and that she will induce my wife tommorrow. so i will be off of here again for a lil. but i will be back.
**due to high stress and super super bad diet lately i have gained 5-6lbs back
but things are looking up. and i am back on track as of today diet wise. hopefully i can keep this up the next few days while the new baby is around. i took 2 weeks off of work for all this stuff goin on. besides i'd be a mess right now on the job i think.
