right shoulder didnt bother mee too much. actually didnt effect any lifts but the inc DB curls? otherwise good work out. felt strong and unhindered by reduced carbs. so far i think this TCD is pretty much what i should have been doin the whole time. :worried: oh well live and learn. i'm off now to take wife to OB for check up. she's due in like 3-4 weeks :Party:

Tman i think i have it figured out. and i'm shooting the milk man...lol

hey Rook no aches or pains..i'd say my right shoulder is 92+% better. i know it is still a lil sore, but nothing debilitating. i say by 6th june when i see the doc it wont even bother me by then. i assume it was one hell of a muscle sprain.

bear crawl X1 pass
**that friggin Bear crawl kicked my ass, thats why i have 3 fwd passes...lol**

i didnt stop breathing heavy till about 15-20 minutes after i stopped pulling

also to note: i had to pull both tires togther plus equipment for about ~400 total feet so i could set up my 100ft course.

diet the last few days has been great..i am loving this TCD so far.
also to note fridays work out (tire pull) was also on a "refeed" day..so i am sure that helped for the energy involved.

my diet for the next 2 days will have below 40 cabs total and over 250 pro each day.

another good work out...lil lighter wts...could feel the shoulder/clavical area during the presses but didnt hinder the wt or reps.
