**abs were burning by the end of second set**
right shoulder didnt bother mee too much. actually didnt effect any lifts but the inc DB curls? otherwise good work out. felt strong and unhindered by reduced carbs. so far i think this TCD is pretty much what i should have been doin the whole time. oh well live and learn. i'm off now to take wife to OB for check up. she's due in like 3-4 weeks
