all in all, not a bad work out after taking a lil over 3 weeks off. started off a lil sluggish, but quickly fell back into my work out. i wanted to hit the BIG 3 today just to wake up all me muskles..next lift day will be sunday, starting with chest/tris. right now i am working on my TCD schedual and getting that all in line..hopefully by the end of july i see some significant changes. because i wt'd my FAT ASS in the gym today i wt'd in at 219...not good.
also back on the low test issue, set up an appointment monday with my doc and see what he has too say and maybe what he wants too do. so until then i am holding off on the nolva (and the M1T i was planning on running..lol).
