all in all, not a bad work out after taking a lil over 3 weeks off. started off a lil sluggish, but quickly fell back into my work out. i wanted to hit the BIG 3 today just to wake up all me muskles..next lift day will be sunday, starting with chest/tris. right now i am working on my TCD schedual and getting that all in line..hopefully by the end of july i see some significant changes. because i wt'd my FAT ASS in the gym today i wt'd in at 219...not good.
also back on the low test issue, set up an appointment monday with my doc and see what he has too say and maybe what he wants too do. so until then i am holding off on the nolva (and the M1T i was planning on running..lol).
yea i wanted too take a pot shot at all the muscles groups and give'm a lil nugde. and have to agree sex has been on the low end since new child has arrived...3 1/2 more weeks till she's ready too go...lol..i am counting down the days.Fender said:You did the big 3 in one day??? missed out on core work and extra cardio due to time constraints...in-laws are in town for next 2-3 weeks and are really killin my diet and work out schedule. hopefully things will settle back down soon for me so i can get back on track.

having relatives over really messes shit up...good part is next week father in-law comes into town..and i am more than sure he'll be willing to go to the gym to bench with me...hes a pretty big boy at 50+YOA.
