all in all, not a bad work out after taking a lil over 3 weeks off. started off a lil sluggish, but quickly fell back into my work out. i wanted to hit the BIG 3 today just to wake up all me muskles..next lift day will be sunday, starting with chest/tris. right now i am working on my TCD schedual and getting that all in line..hopefully by the end of july i see some significant changes. because i wt'd my FAT ASS in the gym today i wt'd in at 219...not good.

also back on the low test issue, set up an appointment monday with my doc and see what he has too say and maybe what he wants too do. so until then i am holding off on the nolva (and the M1T i was planning on running..lol).
You did the big 3 in one day??? You are an animal....
Plus since the wife just gave birth I would bet you ain't getting any so you have some extra something something for the gym.

yea i wanted too take a pot shot at all the muscles groups and give'm a lil nugde. and have to agree sex has been on the low end since new child has arrived...3 1/2 more weeks till she's ready too go...lol..i am counting down the days.

well i missed out on my tire drags..as life just seem to happen yesterday. now i have in-law in town so i am sure this will hinder work outs a bit too..but i will make the bast of it.

on a side note:
seen doc about "low" test issue and he said no worries as total test is the hardest to measure accurately, however he said my free test was great and we agreed losing a wee bit of wt and doing a few other things would be the 1st choice to see if we can raise my total test # up naturally. although he didnt like the sound of nolva or clomid to help i may run these anyways too to help.

having relatives over really messes shit up...good part is next week father in-law comes into town..and i am more than sure he'll be willing to go to the gym to bench with me...hes a pretty big boy at 50+YOA.
 
Just stay with it adida. I'm in the same position with vacations and work lately. I haven't been in the gym in 10 days and it's killing me. Hang in there and get the meals and workouts in as best as possible.
