adida's 1st log...

Workouts still looking good Adida! I hate it when I get thrown off my normal schedule. Just hang in there. You are making great progress!!!

hey look its Jul's...thanks Jul's..i will be posting my log back up over at IM too as soon as my relatives leave and i can get back on track.

actually my last work out was on july 17th, i went with my father in-law, we messed around with the seated bench machine and some "curls for the girls" as he would say. nothing special to report that day...however the 21st i will be back on a regular lifting/diet schedule as we have no company right now...nor for a while..i feel like POOP right now, but this is soon to change i promise you that. got a few things lined up, after a few solid weeks of lifting..

also starting my oldest on a lil push-up style routine as he has tackle FB coming up soon. and i will be doing it with him on his nights as well.

so what are the "things" you have lined up after a few weeks lifting?

cool about the routine for your son. i just finished a chest routine for my 10 year old. Pushups are the foundation for him on chest day.

gonna run some AI's (to help w/ nat test) and possibly a short oral only cycle (4-6 weeks m1t and Mohn (basically anavar))...i should have the cash for a decent prop cycle in a few months after our finances settle back down since my wifes parents and my parents are gone...lot of eating out :( fun for them bad for me...

i see. mulligan and i were playing around the other day saying you were going to do a cycle soon. i don't like that oral only stuff, but i wish you the best with it and i bet you get strong. you gonna cut at the same time?

lol, thanks T. plan is to cut and maintain/gain strength...will be running a Timed Carbed diet the whole time...

to note i dont like the idea either of an oral only cycle, however since i have so much on hand...might as well.

i know you know what your doing. it will be fun watching your progress. imo you can lose weight and add strength. Gonna get blood work done before and after, or just after the MIT cycle? interested to see what it does to your levels.

after i already got it done before hand...thats how i found out i have low natty test remember...lol

i just need to come up with a reason to get it checked..lol doc may get a lil suspicious if i just request one...maybe i'll tell him i have been doin a high fat/protien diet and am concerned i have blown my chol up...that may work.

lol, no not yet just came off a night shift have one tonight too...will get off at 6am on friday morning...will be pullin tires later that night...gym on saturday...Leg Day.

yea still here, just lots of stuff goin on around here at the house with new addition and realatives over for the last month and a half..basically taken last month actually close to last 2 months off almost..hit it a few times, but now things should be right back in the swing with realtives gone...thanks for checkin on me over here...miss IM..i'm gonna enter their contest they have too..
