well it seems my chest/upper body so far has had it the worste from the time i took off lifting, i expected a better jump in wts today and it didnt happen, however i feel good about the work and accomplished..hopefully next week i can start to kick the wt up a lil more...still got a few more weeks of wt lifting renewal lifting to do.[/QUOTE
