small sports type tire around 30lbs
and a larger off road tire roughly 50lbs
drilled hole in each and added an eyebolt too em and purchased 10ft of heavy chain (roughly 16lbs) form home depot total cost under 20 bucks tires=free at most tire places just ask for a used tire.

10 min cardio cycle cool down

well it seems my chest/upper body so far has had it the worste from the time i took off lifting, i expected a better jump in wts today and it didnt happen, however i feel good about the work and accomplished..hopefully next week i can start to kick the wt up a lil more...still got a few more weeks of wt lifting renewal lifting to do.
 
My bench is catching up to yours!! Okay...not really...but good job...better to start back off nice and easy instead of hardcore...learned that the hard way...

i will not let you catch me on bench, lol..trying to start out slow, but i there are certain #'s i need to hit before i do this upcomin cycle...

note: tire drags TOMM
 
smart to get it back up before hitting the cycle. good move on that one bro. don't rely on the Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) to do everything.

i have a feeling my squats might actually improve to more than it was before i took my break from training, however this bench may be a slight draw back..it might take a lil longer..i think my deads will fall in line some were between squat and bench for how much i need to improve it before i get on "it"..
