**and heres the kicker 9yr old drug small tire w/ chain 100ft (stopped half way through to take a breather then finished it up)..made me supper proud!!!**

rack pulls TOMM...time to get seriuse..backs feeling a lil beat up from all the draggin and all but god enough for some solid rack pulls i may even through a few sumos in to get a feel for it..

felt really strong today in the gym...and the old school rows really were tearing up my low back and lats..i like it 10X more than supported rowes...very good work out.
