great chest work..the pauses were killin me...and the 225 from a dead stop to up was good, not as heavy as when i did it with 315 but it was a task for right now. next week will be a standard bench session...definetly seeing a good amount of strength increase in the gym...

good job brotha...its a great feeling when the weight goes up in deads...i had my pr of 365 the other day (only by mistake cus the gym weight was in kilos) lol. nevertheless keep up the good work. Just outa curiosity, what kinda grip do you use when u dead....i was using dbl overhand, and i was stuck at around the same weight you are, then switched to overunder and the weight shot up. also felt it alot more in my back too...
