i use a dbl over hand on my 1st few deads..then as my wt gets heavier i move to over under grip...

wt'd myself this morning and after almost 3 weeks i am down from 220lbs to 211.6 according to my wt scale.

i have to say bein under 200 is not my goal here in all honesty..droppin this shitty BF is my goal...if i can get my BF down and stay over 200 that would be ideal...imo

you will be under 200 if you get lean. unless you do a bulker first, but if you stick to this diet you will be under 200lbs. that isn't so bad. you can always gain weight over time.
 
that is the plan..although i am hopin with this upcomin cycle i can shed some of this BF and maintain gain some lean mass..

adida i think it is very realistic that you lose bf and gain muscle mass and strength with this cycle. i would seriously consider making sure to reduce calories enough to shed the bf no matter what. the Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) will enable you to add some lean muscle and shed fat while gaining strength. this cycle if handled properly will change your physique. btw is the plan still m1t and prop?

yes..my diet will pretty much stay the same through out and the plan is still M1T and prop..with test E OH incase the prop is too much for me..

Nice adida! Ever concider using any fat burners or something of the sort before your cycle just to shed some extra BF?
