mmm pizza..yea i have even cut back on that during this..how ever i now make mine on pizza night with a whole wheat crust and add toppings as desired.

i know you are doing a really good job. i guess when i think about it and put me in your place, i visualize the calories i would eat because of the quantity of pizza i would eat. and cheese bread etc. not saying you pig out or anything. just speculating. Lol.

i love that stuff. i prob do too. we go to buffet's and i know i go back 3-4 times for more and i like the cheese/spinach bread too. not too big on those wings though.

what do you have to drink? pizza is evil btw.
 
i generally stick to water...even on cheat nights..however if the wife orders a 16l of coke i may grab up a 16oz glass...but i tend to refrain..i am not a big fan of soda..except maybe 7up and rockstar...

Good workout Adida. I like subways better than quiznos cuzz if you ask for a small drink, they cut your sandwhich in half... grr.

Plus, subway sandwhiches are bigger. :)

Sometimes when I walk in there and see a nice spanish lady workin there, I drop my famous line, "mamavega." The lady'll give me a nice free sandwhich in the back room :druggie:

It was some shrimp 23 year old that cut my sandwhich in half last time. I think once I can bench 315, I'll go in there and benchpress him on the cutting board :rockband:

lol, not soon enough...when i hit my old bench number of 225x5..couple more weeks...my sqts i think will actually be higher than when i came off by then though..hell my deads be too...my bench is what is gonna take the longest to get back to the old numbers...but soon..few more weeks.
