Good workout. Ever think about adding in a light bench day? It worked wonders for me.

You'll be up @ 225x5 easy. Then you'll be on the sauce and it'll be all uphill from there :druggie:

hmm guess it could go either way. you know the expression it is all downhill from here? i think that is a good thing. i dunno know, it is late in the day for me to be using my brain.

and i missed my tire drags yesterday..work todaya and tomm so no pulls comin either..howeveri prob could have used a nice break...carb up night will be sat. possible chinese food..MMMMM..love me some fried rice and kung pow (sp)

when you starting the cycle and exactly what is it going to be and for how long?

lol, i swear you guys ask like every week...
i will not start until i reach 225 x 5 on my bench..no reason IMO to start before hand. i hit it once natty i will again..then i will get on. however i realize that my sqt and dead are gonna be above my old numbers at this rate.

plan as of right now:
weeks 1-6 prop 50mg ED
weeks 1-2,5-6 5mg M1T ed
PCT will start after that..
aromasin with some raloxifene
for 3-4 weeks

will have Test E OH if prop is too much or if i choose to swing cycle out longer.
250mg EW for 10-12 weeks if need be or may extend at week 4..this is still up in the air, but the prop m1t is the game plan.

great work out!!! felt strong as hell today.
so the maintance guy pays me a compliment on my rack pull grip. and we start talkin shop..come to find out this guy is a BB/PL winner..he showed me his office. tons of trophies every were. he's like 5'4" and 180 for his BB show (saw pic he was ripped)..had an all time DL record of 700lb. nice guy. hope to learn some from him.
