got it all put together figured i'd try it
-farmers walk 50lb sand bag ea hand 100ft 30 sec rest 100ft
**although only 50lbs it felt much heavier, beat my grip, shoulders, traps and abs down**
-sand bag bear hug carry 100lbs ~75ft 30 sec rest 25ft
**deadlift into posn, brutal on the back and core**
-sand bag front 2handed baucket carry 100lbs ~50ft
**mult rest periods during this..absolutely destroyed my grip**
back to tires w/sand bags

**Christ! after 30ft i was huffin and puffin, still pullin like a mofo, but at 45ish feet my shoe grip gave out on the grass and i slipped..and that is were i stopped

**dropped 50lbs of sand turned tire around and headed back to starting cone, collapsed at end of pull.**

all in all a great endurance work out. sandbag training adds a whole nother realm to the training i have yet to tap into yet. plan on addin more over the next few work outs..
