you know T, i agree about loosin some more BF and chest/shoulders is definetly lagging no question there. and the water holding maybe because i took the pix not too long after i had my post work out meal and the day after i carbed up. i think i may take my next pix after i thoroughly carb deplete.tman55 said:Adida thanks for posting your pics. your back looks wider to me. i think your chest and shoulders are lagging behind.
