nice workouts adida. you are getting stronger. if i know you, there is no if. just when you get the 6 pack broly. i believe in adida.

i pretty much feel stronger every work out...only thing slowin me down is bench, but i believe it is starting to come around..and will work on 6 pack, i know my mid section is as strong as it has ever been before
 
thanks 69...bustin my ass though to try and get them to come out. i am getting an good out line though and top2 are showing their head.
 
i notice a big improvment in the lats and delts... area tha tneeds to be worked on the most is love handles IMO but thats trouble area for most people. Other than that keep it up broly your looking good.
 
Adida thanks for posting your pics. your back looks wider to me. i think your chest and shoulders are lagging behind. Looks like you have naturally thick legs as they look like they have some size to em. definately keep up the hard work. imho i think you have another 25 lbs of bf to shed. Looks like you are holding water too. When you shed those extra pounds you will be able to see what's really going on with your structure.

Hey Adida! I can tell a huge difference in back width. You are doing fantastic! Hard work is paying off. Keep it up!

you know T, i agree about loosin some more BF and chest/shoulders is definetly lagging no question there. and the water holding maybe because i took the pix not too long after i had my post work out meal and the day after i carbed up. i think i may take my next pix after i thoroughly carb deplete.
