**forgot to start stopwatch for the 1st 600ft of dragging...Duh!**

-FWD 300ft (straight pullin 300 on football field)
-backward 300ft (straight pull)

-Backward 300ft (straight pull)
**by this time it took everything i could muster to get it down the field, i had to take short breathers every 10-12yrs, some times less)
-Lunges 100ft
**wow! WTF was i thinking? almost blew my protien shake out every were during these**

tire work after SQt is hard to do...alot of times it takes everything i can muster just to convience myself i wanna go do it. however once i beggin the soreness starts to subside, for a wee bit during the trainin, however once i get home and things start to cool down, game on for sever leg/ass pain..i hate having to shit the day after tire drags after leg days...lol

i am sticking to a TCD plan and its working so far. but i am always open to suggestions.

i dont like keeping a food journal cus it reminds me of how shitty i eat...makes it very plain why i dont have a six pack anymore.
 
i eat whenever I want and whenever i'm hungry. i stay away from sodas/alcohol. i stick with variety of fruits and chicken ^^ but burgers are irresistable to me and ice creams :p doesn't matter really as long as you're getting strong. diet is a pain though

bench press is just not moving like everything else is. sqt and deads are almost goin up by 10lbs a work out, were bench is struggling to go up 5lb intervals. i just dont get it. before my month lay-off from wts i was hitting ~250 on BB bench for reps??? damn it.
 
I know how you feel. Everything of mine moved up except bench. I then tried the speed workouts, they helped for about 10 weeks, then I struggled to bring up bench again, so I just took a week off heavy weights. We'll see how my bench is next week.
Byt try those speed workouts, they help. Winter reccomended them to me

Anyway nice numbers, but why back on chest day?
 
V-bar pulldowns. Doesn't this get your back also?

And I also followed the PB routine it was great. I hardly isolate shoulders anymore, and it shows cuz they've gotten weaker. I must start again
