how was the bar knurls (i think thatwhat there called, the rough area?)? i try and find the one w/the most roughness on it..i tried pullin once, and didnt realize the bar was as smooth as a babies ass, needless to say i didnt get it up very far.

yea that is it. new gym, all new equipment. the bars are kinda slippery and the weights are those rubber coated weights. There wasn't much room left on the bar for more weight. i guess if someone lifts seven+ plates, they are sol at this gym. the bar won't hold anymore weight. anyway nothing a bunch of chalk won't fix. i love the way 6+ plates bends the bar.

no they are 45's. 6 on each side with 5's and 2.5's on each side made 600.

wish they did. but nope not a single one. i am used to using one for dips. i see now what you mean. would take up less space that way. i am slow but eventually i get it.

With sweaty hands bar can slip even using straps. Very dangerous because it may hang from your wrists... happened to me once. :insane2:
 
pulling big could u give me some squat tips im not sure if i lean forward too much and im not sure if i go down too far. i also keep moving my feet to find a comfortable spot. should they be pointed out?

as a matter of fact i meant to thank you for suggesting to drop it...i am "unofficially" at 206.5 right now...i will re-wt myself on the 25th the last day of my lipo-6 cycle and see were i am at..i should be right at or around 205 though.
