Good work on the Tires, adida, I somehow missed the post.

What's the weight @ right now? And how's the losing of water?

**the pullthroughs were extremely difficult..wore me out b this time..but i can deffinetly tell the endurance is goin up as the small tire 600ft was a breeze..may have to step it up w/some sandbags or something next time...**

135x3- 10 sets >30sec rest between sets
**need to push the wt up on this to make it effective..135 was intirerly too light**

Floor DB press
52.5x10 reg grip
60x6-2sets hammer grip
**interesting exercise, will work on more wt**
Timed DB incline press
60x9 (50sec..too heavy to use)
40x30 (2:30sec, smoked)

rev grip bench
135x10
135x8

V-bar tri PD
100 x22/17/13/10/6/2 1min or less rest between sets

cybex tri extensions
60x22/17/13/10/6/2 1min or less rest between sets
**freaking tri's were severly engorged after these 2 exercises**

push press

10 min pre-work out cardio

execellent work out! although bench was a lil light, over all impressed w/routine. i have a feelin i am goin to see a lot of progress in my bench out of this.

Damn thats alot of work. Hope it pays off. So are you doing a light workout then Heavy the same week? :druggie:

5-6 days between chest days..looks like a lot but not really..alot of it speed work w/lil to no rest between sets.
 
That workout looks tough considering you aren't really taking rest between sets. And yep, I agree with you about increasing your weight on bench. You are using girly weight! LOL

thanks every one..and i agree i was too light on that BB bench..next speed work out i will be working with ~175 for 8-10 sets w/30-45sec of rest between sets...dont worry i am using a method to this maddness.


next heavy day will look a lil similar too what i have been doing..
