i ussually start out sore..but it goes away quickly once i start on the actuall tire pull work..however the day after that i am extremely sore...then it subsides quickly..it actually seems to help with soreness recorvery.

I thought working out when sore is a very bad idea.

This is why I avoid running in gym class after heavy leg days

i mustave missed that in the mannual. it seems to help w/recovery..IA has made alot of threads on sled pullin and how it helps w/sqt and dead wt goin up..plus it helps w/fat lose and GH release..so far so good.

the bench i was on i am not use too..it has an odd shape/liftoff step..when i get back to my normal gym i will easily pass that mark..besides that wasnt a max my friend just a few singles..i had more in me.

** i think if my palms werent on fire i would have done better...back felt strong..even the strained area..palms just hurt too much**

10 min pre-work out bike cardio

will go back to gym a lil later to get rest of work out in...

Good workout man. You'll get those rackpulls next time. Why dont you wear some gloves? My girlfriend hates having my hands rough so I don't mind putting on the gloves to keep my hands nice and soft :druggie:

gloves tend to get my way most the time..i just need to get some chalk is all.

Good work on the rack pulls, Adida! I feel for you on the hands. I have that same problem lately. Been trying to give up my hooks for now. I have gotten so dependent on them.

i am thinking of goin to 5x5 for a few weeks starting at 70-75% of max lifts and working up or switching over to a full body hypertrophy split for a few weeks to just let things heal up...
