Just from general fatigue or was the exercise overly taxing on you? Doing movements that restrict my breathing always get me.

lol, well if you can do it i can too:

i think it has to do with fatigue...i generally spent by the time i get to these.
just not use to the short rest periods in between sets yet. but i refuse to use lighter wts if i know i can hit the numbers i am at 15 reps..i think i am just thicked skulled or something..lol i am just waitin till i actually POP right after a set and lookin at the gym goers faces when i do...lol

the CG is not structured like other military branches..
we're more like a para-military orginization..we should be a fed agencies and not a military one...we operate like a fed unit but act like a military unit. its weird.

whew! another devastating work out. i think my traps are going to explode right now..need to work on my BB hack form as i kept scraping the back of my calf and runnin into my arse w/the bar.

i was using a BB and i dont like them or i may not have been doin em right cuase i ass raping the back of my calves w/every pull/lift.
 
got a calf strain and feelin under the weather (nasty cough) other wise doin swell my man.

cant wait to get over this bug and calf strain so i can get it back on seriuosely..
