trying out some new lifts, mostly oly types..i give my props to any cats who do these with heavy wts. i felt like a chump moving only 95lbs on most of these. look forward ot improving the wts in these.

135X20 really was only a warm up set..
185 was challenging, but i had more in me, just taking it easy the 1st few weeks.

and if you mean "how so" on my form, is because form the video i watched on and exercise site, my elbows were not high enough, nor do i think my legs were set right. but i will correct these over the course of time.
 
i'm not a real fan of cleans or olympic lifts, but I still do them and if elbow goes high, it kind of..hurts the wrist..I know it did for me...and iirc, legs should stay narrow when exploding...but that's just me

yea my elbows werent too low, more like parrallel, but the vid i saw had em high. and my feet were near shoulder width. i got super deep though on the clean part.

yea i guess i did add that, but that was how the site i was at described them, and a non-squat drop hang clean would be a bitch, i could see how that would cause elbow wrist pain your were talking about.
 
it's really better to have someone who knows how to do those teach you face to face rather than from sites and copying from vids. sadly, none in my gym knows how to or does those.
