monthly tests for right now...its all gay.but what ever.
i have till 2009 and am in the works of getting my shit together for the USSS,
DIA, and a few other fed branches..

freakin beat after this. the sqts had me winded through out the whole rest of the work out. but i still managed to pull off some decent wt on some exercises. feeling drained today still but i will manage..wt's comin off, and i am no longer on the "FATBOY" program..so i'm excited now.
 
holy shit, that's a freakin workout..you planning on taking a week off now? Good job on the 20 rep squats..i bet they burn! Again, i just glanced at the workout. HOLY CRAP!

decent work out, had to use base gym, because i was tired of driving around for 20 min lookin for a freaking parking spot down town at 6 at night...i hate down town, but the gym has a lot of good shit in it.

base gym = military's gym..it's located on my base/work.

it decent, has most of the essintials...but i hate their bench press station/rack...the BB is set a tad high for "me" and slightly angled too. just an odd set up for a bench IMO
