T- not really only 10 exericises just repeated twice...just looks log to type out.
Azc-- all P/U is push ups, i am unable to do a decent pull up do to shoulder issues.
and i do P/U becuase franky i have come to like doin them again. plus its good to get the metabolism up and running on non-wt training days.
