Brat-- a 3 pt P/U is when you cross one foot onto the other using only one foot to balance on as you do a P/U.

i assume one of the p/u is pull-ups while the other p/u is push-ups? What are training for..to be a navy seal?
 
T- not really only 10 exericises just repeated twice...just looks log to type out.

Azc-- all P/U is push ups, i am unable to do a decent pull up do to shoulder issues.
and i do P/U becuase franky i have come to like doin them again. plus its good to get the metabolism up and running on non-wt training days.
