Nah man it's all good, I don't do 1RM's either. Keep up the good work. What are you trying to get up to? Seems you, like me, have good numbers for squat and deads, but a lag a little in the bench department.

yeah my bench is a lil behind, i believe if i had a work out partner it would be better.

goal is to con't dropping BF while maintaining as much mass as possible.

bench goal is 225x10
sqt ATG: 315x10
dead: 315x10

i figure with reps and those wts i'll be good to go.
