Whats the lowest %BF you,ve had?

4.4% a week out from a show, in the mid 180's!! like you all said- looked great, felt like shit!!LOL
 
Telling anyone outside of BB what my bf is at contest is hard. So i tell them this.

Pinch the back of your hand near your fingers and thats the most you can pinch on me anywhere.

That opens their eyes more than something like 3 - 4% cause its more realistic and they have something to compare it to.

Off season i like being fat around 13%
 
its weird, i bought a caliper over the summer, but it seemed to be a bit cheap, casue it just wasnt acurate, What is the best way to get my bf tested out i am dieing to know.


here are my stats, i am an ecto 180lbs 5'10 lean and i really defined abs.

I just wish that caliper could have been better quality, but i guess you get what you pay for
 
I'm about 13/14% now and want to get to 10/11% and maintain. Dieting into single digit bf would make me so irritable, I need my carbs.

Its very doubtful in all honesty. An actual 4% bodyfat (dexa scan) is the lowest a human could possibly have and survive. That only leaves fat between joints and internal organs left.

You could realistically only stay there for a week or 2.

So the man saying 2.8% sorry no can do.

I'd like to see some pictures of these guys claiming this.

I did a caliper test before a SCAAL league wrestling tournament, the trainer who did the test on me said I was at 3%. I hadn't eaten anything other than one can of tuna for breakfast and one for dinner for 11 days prior. I could see veins in my lower abs. The condition was maintainable for only the one day.
 
11-12%... Currently about 14-15%... Down from about 16-17% a short while ago... Dieting and cardio is a bitch...
 
This summer I got down to 6% I looked awesome, but I felt terrible and weak. I do not believe that it is possible to get much lower than that for me. I prefer myself around 9% I am much stronger and I seem to make my best gains when I am a around 9%. When I stopped cutting at the end of summer and returned to bulking, my bodyweight shot up 20lbs in less than 2 months. Now I feel healthy and I am back to 8 to 9% bodyfat.
