Sprints
1 warm up lap around the football field.
** its just a football field, no track, all running is done on a grassy surface.**

2 100yrd runs along with 10 push ups at each corner (40 total)
2 100yrd runs with walking lunges from end zone long side to side (how far across is the end zone???anways? also those lunges suuuucccckkkkkeeeedddd. i was gonna do it at each end of the FB field, but that didnt happen.

50yrd dashes with 50yrd backward runs. 4 and 4 each. averaging about 7.89 or so on the 50 yrd dash.

total runs/sprints: 10 not counting the warm up jog around the field.
basically wore out after this...total time around 25 min or so.
 
Just gettin' after it bro, I hear ya.

I would keep the protein above 300g/day and your carbs and fat right where you've got them. As i'm sure you already know, your caloric intake for that day was 2791, which I think is right where you need it to be to retain as much muscle as possible while cutting. Keep it up!!

thanks guys, i figured i would post my sprint days. that way i can keep track of what i am doin on those days and you guys can see too.

actually JT i dont count cals...i just shoot for 215 plus grams of protien if i hit 215+ i call it a good day. i try and keep my carb intake low and i have 2 days were i have cheat meals. (wed and ussually friday nights with the family) other wise its lots of veggies and either 1 med/small sweet potatoes or 1/2 cup jasmine rice for my carbs on non work out days and lots of oats or whole wheat on my work out days.

I need to keep track of the amount of protein and stuff I intake a day. I basically eat as much protein/carbs until I'm full. :)

thats why your bulking..and thats what i do when i bulk too...lol ;)
 
Nah, its the fact that I'm afraid of eating too many carbs and whatnot so it'll be stored in fat cells. :(
 
i would suggest a note book then and just keep track that way...i only log my total fat, carbs, fiber and protien...i also own a scale and try and wt and measure everything out. i spend up to 2 hrs in the kitchen some times just preping meals for the next day or so. i tell you what though since i been on this cutting diet so far, i am begining to become quite vascular and my endurance is really goin up. i still have some fat in area i dont want (namely that area from your armpit to the under side of pec and these damn love handles), but it is goin down some since i started this. dont worry to much Winter, once you start cutting you'll see a big difference in your over all body mass too.

that is very cool adida. keep it up. can't wait to see before and after pics once to have reached your goal.

mostly thanks to you Tman. your dieting advise has helped a whole lot. i have pics to be posted for the fat to fit contest in the convo lounge i just cant DL them yet do to the fact that i dont have a means to right now...lol my wife some how messed it up...dont ask i dont know what she did and niether does she. i think its from her hormones from the pregnancy... :insane2:

All I can say is I love stir fry…lol 2 slices whole wheat bread and ½ cup jasmine rice all the rest of my carbs were from veggies..mostly spinach as I ate a pound of it for lunch along with 6oz of chicken.
