2 100yrd runs with walking lunges from end zone long side to side (how far across is the end zone???anways? also those lunges suuuucccckkkkkeeeedddd. i was gonna do it at each end of the FB field, but that didnt happen.
50yrd dashes with 50yrd backward runs. 4 and 4 each. averaging about 7.89 or so on the 50 yrd dash.
total runs/sprints: 10 not counting the warm up jog around the field.
basically wore out after this...total time around 25 min or so.

I would keep the protein above 300g/day and your carbs and fat right where you've got them. As i'm sure you already know, your caloric intake for that day was 2791, which I think is right where you need it to be to retain as much muscle as possible while cutting. Keep it up!!
adidamps2 said:actually JT i dont count cals...i just shoot for 215 plus grams of protien if i hit 215+ i call it a good day. i try and keep my carb intake low and i have 2 days were i have cheat meals. (wed and ussually friday nights with the family) other wise its lots of veggies and either 1 med/small sweet potatoes or 1/2 cup jasmine rice for my carbs on non work out days and lots of oats or whole wheat on my work out days.

adidamps2 said:i would suggest a note book then and just keep track that way...i only log my total fat, carbs, fiber and protien...i also own a scale and try and wt and measure everything out. i spend up to 2 hrs in the kitchen some times just preping meals for the next day or so. i tell you what though since i been on this cutting diet so far, i am begining to become quite vascular and my endurance is really goin up. i still have some fat in area i dont want (namely that area from your armpit to the under side of pec and these damn love handles), but it is goin down some since i started this. dont worry to much Winter, once you start cutting you'll see a big difference in your over all body mass too.
