i figured since i wont be hitting the gym for about 3 days and i missed yesterdays w/o i would just throw together a full body hit. i have to say it was probably one of the funnest and best routines i have done to date.

also i have not done any cardio lately due to time constaints and fatigue issues from lifting. although by the end of this work out i was well worn out and sweaty. i dunno but i may keep this kinda lifting up..im insure yet though.

cable low rowes and the smith mach shoulder press...plus the SLDL work the back too along with the hamms, trust me my back is quit sore from that work out...

Date: 04-06 feb (3 days worth of eating i worked the night shift so i would eat through the night and sleep threw the day..its to hard to figure out wich day i ate what so i will combine all 3 days and just divide by 3 to basically figure out daily intake.

after deads i was pretty angry with myself, and i almost let it ruin my work out. other than that i felt good in the gym. i started dymatizes Xpand today. i had it laying around and figured i might as well use it up. nothing special today as far as it goes yet.

EDIT: i kept rest between exercises and sets short nothing over 1 min..except a few sets of the deads.

yea i had a towel but the it didnt work..i think honestly i was to excited to try the 315...lol as gay as that sounds. i couldnt get my palms to stop sweating. yea you and Tman help a lot...you do mainly cause your my frame size and Tman cuz he's and animal...lol

but seriusely you and all the guys on the board here help a lot.
 
i usually go for the chalk at around 3 plates on deads. i get sweaty too...plus having small hands doesn't help any. anyway, is chalk allowed where you work out? that may be the ticket...if you aren't already using it. i have used dymatize products in the past. worked for me. oh and thanks for the motivation.
 
When I need them, I use straps. Usually only one on my over hand and leave the under hand without.
When I deadlift, I want to hit back and hams. Grip can be worked another day.

thanks Luquillo i may try that...i have some straps around here some were..its just i been making such good progress with out it. i'll give it a try next time, see if that helps.
