extremely good work out today, I WAS A MACHINE in the gym. i could have done even better on the rack pulls, but it was my palms, not grip, that were killing me. my whole upper torso was so ballooned, i thought i had taken some M1T before i went to the gym...lol i haven't had a pump like this since the last time i did take it over 6 months ago. off to HOME DEPOT to get some chain and eye bolts for my tires...and to get a rake for the back yard..lol
