BB yea, i am looking for a certain build..i can move wt if i need to..but SS's and high rep stuff works well for me...in a few more weeks i'll jump on PB's basic routine for a lil..then come back to this...

went to gym late at night, 8ish pm and was surprisingly crowded, more so than i liked, i had to mill about for 3 minute or so just ot find an open bench..ehhh oh well ended up being a really good chest work out...i know i could go heavier on the flat DB press, but it had been a while since i did them and i kept my rest short between sets, just so i could get back home to the family

EDIT: picked 2 old tires (smaller lighter tire and a heavy off road tire) at a tire shop down the street, get in' ready to put together a tire sled for cardio days :druggie:

extremely good work out today, I WAS A MACHINE in the gym. i could have done even better on the rack pulls, but it was my palms, not grip, that were killing me. my whole upper torso was so ballooned, i thought i had taken some M1T before i went to the gym...lol i haven't had a pump like this since the last time i did take it over 6 months ago. off to HOME DEPOT to get some chain and eye bolts for my tires...and to get a rake for the back yard..lol
 
you know T besides my BB flat bench lagging a lil, i feel as strong if not stronger than i did when i was on M1T 6 months ago..if i hit 350 for reps on squats i will be squating as much as i did on M1T. all i have to do is get my bench upto 285x1 and it will be the same for my chest too..i find benching solo the hardest thing to do. with squats and deads you dont need a spotter as much as you(I) do on flat BB/DB benching IMO.

That is really good news, especially considering the fact that you are lighter now than you were when you did M1T right?

Yup hard to push yourself on Bench w/o a spot.

So why the chains and eye bolts? Snow?
 
yea when i was on M1t i wt at the most 220, with a not so appealling belly BUT my arms and chest were HOOGE..also when i came off of it, it didnt help that i was drinking heavily at the time...that all over with now though..

chain and eye bolts are for the tires i got from car shop for FREE, i am making tire sleds for pulling on cardio days..i need to wt the tires, to see were they are at..i got 2 of them..one off road tire (and it's friggin heavy and thick) and a smaller lighter tire (it's a LOT lighter)...
