aww man, that stomache bug blows dude. Nothing like throwing up a protein shake and then downing another one:) Gotta get them cals in...lol. Hope you get to feelin' better adida.

oh boy..missed out on wednesday night pasta night so me and family went to a local Italian Restraunt..man!! i had me a large italian salad, spinach dip w/bread, anti-pasta plater (salomi, sausage, cheese black olives), and for my main dish chicken floritine w/spinach(i'm guessin around 8-10oz chicken on this)....this shit was good..stomach feels great today..and getting ready to head out to do some squats and leg press..
 
haha mannn... you cant describe food with such detail for some of us who are eating 8 egg whites and 2 slices of wheat toast... id much rather have what your having buddy!

good luck with the workout tonight...you should hit it until you have to be carried to your car!

**235x5 was a good squat wt for this..although i was spent i felt like i could have done a lil more on the squat...also fro shits and giggles i tried to hit 225 for reps after this..failed**

standing OH BB press/seated DB press/ side lateral raises touch OH

**the 12.5x20 was grueling...towards the end of it, it looked more like a push press laterals..lol**

bwt wt in 213 after breakfast...man i felt great today...no stomach problem..appitites up and running...having pizza tonight..trying to make up for some of the cal's i missed out on with that stomach virus shit i had..so its a 10inch pie supreme and side of wings, bonelss for me tonight....and the family will have a pie too...
