yea i'm thinking they will really help with stripping some more BF off me, while allowing me too maintain my BWT...i hate cardio, but i really dig moving heavy stuff around..i use to love it in the army when we would do ruck sack marches for 6-8 miles with 45-60lbs on our backs, plus full battle rattle (i think it put total wt carried around 80lbs), or when we would carry 25-30lb sand bags for a distance during PT in the morning...lots of fun...

405 was heavy as all get out...it took a lil more than i expected to get it up..although if my damn palms didnt feel like they were gonna rip open i could have hit a few more reps i think..
