i dont know WTF i was thinking when i pulled the tires out of the back of my Montero sport...i thought i was finna die, pulling the crap..teaches me to try and just jump on some seriuse cardio after not have doin any for a few weeks...whew! damn!

felt good in the gym, as you can see i set some PR's and had an over all good work out...pix will be up to night.

i took them outta powerbuildes log...you basically hold a DB with your thumbs facing down, and do DB lateral at an angle instead straight out to the side...if that made any sence at all.
