i dont know WTF i was thinking when i pulled the tires out of the back of my Montero sport...i thought i was finna die, pulling the crap..teaches me to try and just jump on some seriuse cardio after not have doin any for a few weeks...whew! damn!

felt good in the gym, as you can see i set some PR's and had an over all good work out...pix will be up to night.

my chest and back are sore from yesterday...

I am about to eat 2 plate of Lasagna and at least 12 Heinekens. I know you are getting serious about your Diet GRASHOPPER so I will sacrifice my body. Oh Im doing deads tomm sao the carbs will help going for PR 405 just for you GRASSHOPPER

chased a 2yr old around an indoor jungle gym for a lil over 2 hrs...lol and i'm telling you this may have been the toughest cardio i have done. he is all GO and no stopping, plus eveything is made for a 2-8 yo to pass through.

diet had no starchie carbs all day...greens and protien and some nutts.

felt good in the gym. my legs are really sore still from my last leg day and the good morning really wrecked havok on my abs? all right off to do some yard work, and set up a sand box for the boys. 200lbs (in 50lb bags) of sand to move around...yea!
