1st time using one of these in a long long time. really surprised myself how much wt i could move on this for the # of reps i got. will be upping my wt on all of these next time.

felt a lil sluggish in the gym, but had a good work out after i got my head into the game. then later the family went to the park and i drug the tires along. my 2YO had a blast trying to run with me and my oldest. then he really had fun when i let him get on the tire and pulled him for a 100 yrds. i spent after that though...lol.
