Oh Hell, You should have just gone to Dairy Queen and got the Large Blizzard with oreos, damn I love those. How is your diet going? I have decided I am not dieting for the summer, but I change my mind each week. On Thursday I ate 2 double meat hamburgers during the day then about 400pm Hot link Sandwich & hot dog with chips couple of cokes,dinner was whole plate of Spaghetti with Bread, Oh and 12 pack of beer then sleep. I slept like a NEWBORN.

So guess im in bulking cycle, I have to get that 315 bench soon. Damn i have a pump in my fingers from then TREN. gotta go cut the grass now

trying this TCD i saw in the diet forum, eff no carbs pre-work out plus shitty sleep and shitty diet over the week end = shitty performance in gym today...i was strugglen to hit my reps w/220 2day and normally i could hit these numbers with 225 w/some effort...oh well. TOMM and the next day will be dieting pretty hard...see what happens thursday when i hit the gym for back.
 
Keep eating and get that sleep in. I never have carbs after I workout, but that's just me. It feels like I am just eating up back the calories and shit I just burned off at the gym.

Sometimes strength goes along with the bodyfat. It's tough to diet and stay strong without some gear, stay with it adida!!

ok so i have to go see a doc..i think i messed up my right delt/pec minor something fierce. it's sore as hell, tender and aches just to move it a bit. i hope its just some tendinitus. i don't feel any bone on bone grinding but there is some minor pops and clicks. make appt for later this week/next week hopefully.

you an dme both..it always seems to be my right side that gets injured too.

i blame my wife...lol for making me haul/move heavy concrete sections after i workerd out earlier that day. it was last weeks chest work out day, is the day i am more than sure this happened. but it is now just starting to ache/burn/hurt. :(
