i walked into the gym as if i owned the place today, and by time i left the wt's had pwnd me. lol. felt strong and excited for some reason. felt really strong today and proved it too myself today. but now i am exhausted, so off to drink PWO and maybe take a nap. lol
 
thanks fella's..and i'm liken the DB a lil more than the BB bench do to the fact that if i get stuck, its easier to dump the wt off. but i will not be neglecting my BB bench either just not as often.

next squat work out the peg gets moved dn 1 spot, every week the peg gets moved dn one more till its a full ROM rep. see how this goes. and i tell ya what pressing 350 up from a dead stop is not fun..lol

it was hard not to eat them..they were just left out at work...and the other guys was munching on them..and i just gave in and ate one, then 2 and 2 lead to 3...lol after that i called it quites..i could have easily ate the whole freakin thing..including the plastic wrap and container..lol :(
