V-bar pulldowns. Doesn't this get your back also?

And I also followed the PB routine it was great. I hardly isolate shoulders anymore, and it shows cuz they've gotten weaker. I must start again
V-bar press downs were tri press downs, so no back involved.

Where are you getting stuck on the benchpress? If anything, throw in an extra chest day w. speed work & lockouts. That helped me tremendously.

i wouldnt say i am getting stuck anywere in the lift, just cant seem to increase the wt on it at a decent pace. but i had to pick a point were it stops moving in the lift it would be the bottom end upward.

Yeah, maybe you should try throwing in a speed chest day w. lockouts. This'll not only help with explosiveness on the bottom of your lift, but the lockouts will help with strengthening your tris a lot.

bench press is just not moving like everything else is. sqt and deads are almost goin up by 10lbs a work out, were bench is struggling to go up 5lb intervals. i just dont get it. before my month lay-off from wts i was hitting ~250 on BB bench for reps??? damn it.
I hear ya brother...same for me.

Can you give us an estimate on the size and weight of these?
i got 4 50lb bags of sandbox sand and divided them in half to make ~25lb sandbags..some wt as little as 24lbs and some as much as 30lb..i just grab what ever ones i see and use them w/o knowing how much they wt when i train w/them.

tape, probably not as i do not own a digi cam corder, however i do have a digi camera. so i can possibly get some pix up of it, if i can convince my wife to come to the park w/me to do it.

that work out was kinda of a trial run on what i could do chest/shoulder wise, however my main priority when working w/ tires and sand bags is endurance and cardio while hitting a few aux lifts muscles.

the tire fly motion was for chest
backward walking tri kickback were for tri's
walking backward face pulls were for rear delts.
i havent really ever did any of those motions before, so i wanted to try them out, i figure if i can incorporate a lil more chest/delt work into my tire training my chest may start to play check up to everything else.

i hope that explains what you asked?

also to clear up a few other things:

small tire= ~22lbs
big tire= ~42lbs
10ft heavy chain (i believe 3/4 inch)= ~16lbs

my sand bags are made out of trash bags. 3 layers worth each layer taped w/ duct tape. except 2 bags which are made out of zip-lock storage bags with the handles and bottom reinforced with duct tape. i will try to get pix up of the equipment i am using ASAP.

adi, i found a big tire. i don't know how much it weight. what do I do now? hello? HELLO??
how big and what do "you" want to do with it?
if you wanna pull/drag it...purchase a good eye-bolt 2 washers, a locking washing and a nut.

need some form of rope or chain or other tethering device to be able to drag/pull it.

i purchased 10ft chain 3/4inch (~16LBS), high tensile quick link, and a locking link.

i use a sqt belt and a high quality nylon belt to ancor my chain to the wt belt.
