Your diet is looking very earthy. :) I slipped bad yesterday. I was hungry as fuck and downed some ezekiel bread and rice cakes. I usually only do that on days I lift. Keep up the good work!
 
i have found after my breakfast i have to remind my self to eat about 3-4 hrs later.
(my breakfast typically consists of 2 strips thick bacon, 4 whole eggs, 2 oz cheese and a large hot cup of green tea(plain)). just make sure if your dieting like this to get either enough FAT or FIBER in at your meals to help keep you sated till your next meal. i had the same problem at 1st when i started keto style diet at the end of last yr.
